+ I want to inquire about a commission piece. What is the best way to get more information about prices?

Commission pieces are very unique and personal. It is important for Tang to deliver what you have in mind. We would love to gather more information so we can quote the correct price. Please click here to find out more.

+ What is the difference between a mural/drawing and an Art Print?

Art Prints are professionally printed reproductions of original mural drawings or paintings. The art prints are of the highest quality and printed on archival giclée paper. They are easy to care for and offer flexible framing options.

+ How do you safely ship artwork?

The standards for shipping are extremely important to us. Many of Tang’s works gets shipped globally with care and protection. Larger works such as murals come in a tube and is completely sealed to keep out rain and moisture. Smaller works such as paintings and art prints are shipped in a box with bubble wrap or similar material.

+ When will I receive my artwork?

Shipping time varies based on the product ordered. Art prints usually ship within 3 business days, while original art work usually ship within 11-14 business days. Click here to view full details. Picking up in person at Tang’s studio at 100 Braid St Studios is another option.

+ Can I return artwork?

You can request for a refund within 30-days limited by Saatchi Art. There is a a 7-day money back guarantee for all artwork purchased through Saatchi Art. Click here for full details. All purchases in person are final sale.

+ How can I frame large murals?

Although not required, you can definitely frame a mural. If you choose to do so, our recommendation would be to get in touch with your local stores that offer custom framing.

+ Where is Tang’s Art Studio located? Can I get a private tour with Tang?

Tang’s art studio is located at 100 Braid St Studios in New Westminster (map). It is home to the largest collection of shared working artist’s studio outside of Vancouver. If you would like a tour of all the artist’s working space at 100 Braid St Studios, it is best to make an appointment in advance. Their hours of operation can be viewed here. At this time, Tang does not host private tours herself.
